The Process
Three main user groups were identified, namely Candidates, Hiring Teams and Recruiters. We also looked at the hiring challenges faced by each user.
Primary Research
During User Research we interviewed multiple recruiters and soon realized that this app would have to enable recruiters to be the mediators between candidates and hiring teams from the beginning.
User Research Insights
We decided to design the Recruiter Mobile Experience before shifting focus to candidates and hiring teams.
